Big change proposed for Victorian learner drivers

Big change to learner drivers age limit to boost safety!

Under a new proposal by the state parliament Victorian Learner Drivers would need to complete a minimum of 120 hours of supervised driving practice up until the age of 25 years old. Currently the age limit is set at 21 so any new driver over the age of 21 does NOT have to complete the compulsory hours and have a 3 year P-plate period…..RACV spokesman Andrew Scannell said the motoring body supported a review of increasing supervised hours for learner drivers.
