My name is Peter and I am a qualified and registered driving instructor. I have had a love of cars and driving them for as long as I can remember, and now this passion has turned into an educational role that sees me teach others the skills about everyday driving, and not just how to pass the driving test.
Many students will come to me telling me about their anxiety or fear of being around cars or trucks on the road. Everyone has different triggers and I will work with you to help understand them, and do my best to get you calm and confident on the road. Sometimes this can be a slow process, and other times we forget about all those worries and just get on with it. And parking, what is it about parking…? I will show you some tips and tricks to help you get over the fear of the shopping center car parks.
I am Mid 40’s, married and live in a blended family with our two kids who have both turned 18 early this year. I have lived a life through fun, experience and hard work, and I know how important time is to all of us. Having worked in retail and the trades industry for all of my working career, I can now truly say that not only do I love what I do, but I get a real proud feeling when I see my students graduate and begin another chapter of their journey through life. Getting your license opens up so many more doors for our kids, and even those who are a little later deciding to give it a go. You are not alone, or the first, so don’t be scared if you are a little “more mature than 18 year old’s”. We will have lots to talk about while you get your experience behind the wheel.
Personally, I have a love of all cars, mostly from the 90’s and love getting away in my 4WD for a weekend when I can. The Victorian High Country is just amazing. I am also one of those coffee snobs Melbourne is renowned for, and I love a drive into the city for a wander around and EXPLORE! We may even have a lesson to one of a few little bakeries and cafe’s I know about. Hey, it’s still a lesson if it’s somewhere you haven’t been to before!

I have a friendly, calm and patient manner and focus on creating a positive learning environment. I really enjoy being able to share my experience, knowledge and skills with learner drivers. I try to keep the learning as simple as I can, explaining the basics and also how our driving needs to adjust with changing weather and road conditions.
My satisfaction comes from seeing the students understand and develop their skill to really become a safe driver of a motor vehicle. And the best part is when they use their skill and patience to successfully pass their test.

We teach students located in the following areas; Beaconsfield, Beaconsfield Upper, Berwick, Berwick Springs, Officer, Officer South, Pakenham, Guys Hill, Narre Warren, Narre Warren South, Narre Warren North.
Available Monday to SATURDAY
From 8am to 6pm
(night time driving available by appointment).
Lessons after 7pm will incur a surcharge of 50%
